I love this. Love reading and hearing you both at your various places (podcast, coffee & crumbs, Substack). Love your friendship. Just love you guys in general. Thanks for doing what you do.

“And that we can do for our kids: live in a way that sees beauty and remembers goodness and looks for truth.” GOALS---thank you Katie for your beautiful responses to the questions, and thank you, Ashlee for heralding the message of creating in the margins. Both of your words are a gift to this world!

Thank you for sharing this series about creating in the margins!! Do either of you have resources you’ve really enjoyed around learning photography? I have a camera and want to learn, but feel overwhelmed at where to start with it all! Other than just taking pictures and googling 😊

I found Katie's work through Ashlee and Coffee + Crumbs and I am so grateful I did. Her writing is inspiring because it feels real and vulnerable and at times, just the kind of raw I need to read. Motherhood is hard and I like it when moms can share that feeling and work through it, instead of pretending we all have it figured out. I subscribe to Katie's work and bought her book and look forward to her writing each and every time.
